Meet Mark & Bonney

It all began in 2014

When Bonney and Mark decided to serve one small corner of London — Soho — they worked out of an old bin store on Wedgewood Mews just off Greek Street. They installed a phone line, plasterboarded the walls, laid a floor, and hey presto, Soho Maintenance had an office.

They didn’t dream of being the biggest; they dreamt of being the most reliable. With honest work, quick hands and kind hearts, they have built trust one business at a time. Every job tells a story of care. Every satisfied smile reminds us why we started.

Today, Bonney and Mark remain rooted in the same spirit — local, loyal, and always ready to lend a hand when something needs fixing. Because Soho isn’t just an area, it’s a family and a community.

A family business

Soho Maintenance Ltd is a multi-generational family business at its core, currently employing three generations of the same family. This deep-rooted heritage brings a unique level of pride and accountability to every project we undertake in the Soho area.

Our commitment to people extends beyond the family tree. We are proud to have several long-standing staff members who have been part of the team for over 10 years. This stability means clients benefit from a consistent, highly skilled crew who understand the specific quirks of Soho buildings.

When you hire us, you aren’t just getting a contractor — you’re getting years of passed-down craftsmanship and a loyal team that treats every project with a personal touch.

Soho Business Alliance

Mark’s commitment to the area goes far beyond running Soho Maintenance Ltd. As a dedicated member of the Soho Business Alliance (SBA) Board, he plays an active role in the success and future of the district. For Mark this isn’t just a title — it’s a passion. The success of Soho Maintenance is linked to the health of the local economy, from independent restaurants and historic shops to creative offices.

By serving on the board, Mark helps foster a supportive network where local enterprises can grow, ensuring Soho remains a vibrant, world-class destination. Community success is personal, and he brings that same Soho-first mentality to every project. The team has also raised just under £2,000 for Great Ormond Street Hospital for children, with kind donations from friends, family and SBA members, hosted by Archer Street Bars.
